Low-foaming carpet neutralizer and conditioner to be used in conjunction with All-Temp Carpet Stripper [QCC-196] or Carpet Extraction Cleaner [QCC-215]. If you constantly clean or stain-treat your carpet or rugs, it's best to periodically remove any residue left from previous treatments. Leaves carpet soft and supple. Helps eliminate chemical residue and re-soiling.
